Re: Bucks Creek Project –Public Safety Plan
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 16, 2025,from Ms. Renée Fernandez-
Lipp that submitted an updated Public Safety Plan (PSP)for the Bucks Creek Project,
FERC No. 619. Based on our review of the plan, we have the following comment on the
PSP:
Your submittal includes a PSP prepared by your consultant, but your cover letter
does not include a statement of concurrence or rejection of the PSP and is
therefore rejected without review. You must resubmit the PSP with a cover letter
indicating your concurrence or non-concurrence with the document.
Within 45 days of the date of this letter,address our comment or provide a plan
and schedule to address our comment.File your submittal using our eFiling system at
https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety;
San Francisco Regional Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must
indicate that the material was eFiled. For assistance with eFiling, contact FERC Online
