Re:Bucks Creek Penstock Alignment Improvement Project
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated February 6, 2025,from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen
that submit a request for an extension of time to submit the final construction report for
the Bucks Creek Penstock Alignment Improvement Project, which is part of the Bucks
Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No.619. We have reviewed your proposed extension
of time and grant your request to submit final construction report by January 31, 2028.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
