Extension of Time Request

Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension of
time to address Comment 1 (C-1) from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
regarding the spillway replacement project at Bucks Diversion Dam, which is part of PG&E’s
Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. Included with PG&E’s extension of time
request is a reasoned basis for the request, per Title 18 of the Code of Fed eral Regulations,
Section 12.40(d). PG&E received C-1 in a letter dated April 27, 2023. PG&E responded to C-1
in a letter dated June 16, 2023, and sent an extension of time request to FERC in a letter
dated January 28, 2025.
The extension of time request and reason for the request are enclosed with this letter
(Enclosure 1).
