Please revise the tentative parcel map to show the setback distances of
existing structures from property lines.
Added distances to nearest property lines.
Remove the shown building setback lines.Setback lines were removed.
Include property dimensions for the proposed parcels.Property dimensions have been added.
Identify the dashed easement line across Lot 2.The only dashed line on lot 2 is the easement setback line.
Revise per Option 1 or Option 2 Map has been revised per Option 2 and Lot 3 has been labeled
to access from Lot 4 driveway.
