To whom it may concern:
As the operator of a AIRB&B cottage I gain no impact from the BCTBID. All my
guests come from my listing on the AIRB&B website. My guests are not tourists but
family visiting family members or business people here in Chico for work. I already
pay the City of Chico 10% TOT tax, State of California and federal income tax. This
tax would be onerous and we are against it. Vote this tax down for small families
trying to supplement income with a single short term rental.
