Re:Pedestrian Bridge –Final Construction Report Extension of Time Request
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated May 7, 2025,from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen that
submitted a request for an extension of time to submit the final construction report for a
pedestrian bridge at Poe Dam, which is part of the Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC No.
2107. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant your request to
submit the final construction report by July 7, 2025.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
material was eFiled. For assistance with eFiling, contact FERC Online Support at
