Blackett: This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) final construction report for the pedestrian bridge at Poe Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Poe Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 2107 . In a letter dated February 14, 2024, FERC authorized PG&E to proceed with the project and requested that PG&E file a final construction report for the project within 90 days of construction completion. The construction project was completed on April 4, 2025. (Enclosure 1) of this letter provides the final construction report, which includes the as-built drawings and construction certifications as appendices.
