This hydraulic test of the effluent line does not constitute a full hydraulic load test of the
dispersal field. A full hydraulic load test can only be effectively done with more water and when
the system has been in continual use.

Low liquid level in tank.
Tank is covered in roots and heavily deteriorated above waterline.
Low liquid level indicating tank is leaking. Needs to be replaced.
During HLT, at least half the water back flowed into tank, most likely from a blockage.
Absorption field failed HLT.
