Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts
to address Action Item 1 (I-1) from the 2025 annual Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) dam safety inspection of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619. I-1 is regarding Bucks Storage Dam. FERC inspected the project facilities
with PG&E staff on June 17, 2025, and provided the follow-up action items to PG&E in a
letter dated June 26, 2025.
A summary and conclusion of PG&E’s efforts to address I-1 is enclosed with this letter
(Enclosure 1).
PG&E believes I-1 has been satisfactorily addressed based on the information enclosed
with this letter and no further action is necessary. Should you have technical questions
