HomeMy WebLinkAboutMISC25-0010 Oroville Cooperative Agreemenet Area Application Preliminary Review Application This form has been prepared consistent with the Master Cooperative Environmental Review Agreement, Article I – Initial Process. The Agreement specifies that the County will serve as CEQA lead agency for discretionary development projects that require annexation to the following districts: Lake Oroville Area Public Utility District, Thermalito Irrigation District and South Feather Water and Power. Prior to filing the development application, under the Agreement, this form is required to be reviewed by County, LAFCo and Districts. This form is submitted to the Butte County Department of Development Services with any supporting information. County will circulate to Districts and LAFCo within 10 days. Districts and LAFCo will respond to the County within 10 days of their receipt of the form. The County will then transmit the information to the applicant and may schedule a meeting to discuss the results. Review of this form is not to be considered a staff recommendation or pre-approval but serves only to provide baseline data and assumptions based on the specific information provided as it pertains to service and infrastructure issues relating to the above districts and LAFCo.
