Blackett: This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to address Action Items 1, 2, and 3 (I-1, I-2, and I-3) from the 2025 annual Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) dam safety inspection of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. I-1 and I-2 are regarding Grizzly Forebay Dam and I-3 is regarding Bucks Diversion Dam. FERC inspected the project facilities with PG&E staff on June 23 and 24, 2025 and provided the action items to PG&E in a letter dated June 30, 2025. Summaries and conclusions of PG&E’s efforts to address the action items are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). PG&E believes I-1, I-2, and I-3 have been satisfactorily addressed based on the information enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary.
