Scheduled Dewatering of Project Features in 2026
Dear Mr. Blackett,
Pursuant to 18 CFR §12.4(b), South Feather Water and Power Agency is providing notification of the proposed
non-emergency dewatering of project facilities for purposes of annual maintenance and repairs during calendar
year 2026.
1. Planned dewatering of the Woodleaf Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance will
occur February 1, 2026 – February 28, 2026
2. Planned dewatering of the Forbestown Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance will
occur March 1, 2026 – March 14, 2026
3. Planned dewatering of the Kelly Ridge Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance will
occur October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026
4. Planned dewater of the Miners Ranch Canal for annual maintenance will occur October 1, 2026 –
October 31, 2026
5. Planned dewatering of the Sly Creek Powerhouse penstock for annual powerhouse maintenance will
occur –November 2, 2026 – November 15, 2026
