DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
Certificate of Corrections for Mark Gambardella on APNs: 040-650-011, -013, -014

The proposed correction would fix the homesite location sizes indicated on Parcels 1, 2, & 3 from .25 acres each as drawn, to .5 acres each. The proposed amendment would relocate the homesite
locations to 92ft back from the front property line.
The project site is located on the county maintained Cummings Road in unincorporated Butte County, roughly 20ft west of Cummings Lane at APNs: 040-650-011, 040-650-013, & 040-650-014.

1. If the map amendment is approved, then any residential development inside the designated homesite areas on the certificate of correction and newly recorded map, are still subject to a review by the Ag Commissioner’s office prior to approval or issuance of
a building permit.
