Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) responses to address the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comments (C-1 and C-2) on the spillway
repair project at Bucks Storage Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric
Project, FERC No. 619. PG&E received FERC’s comments in a letter dated July 18, 2025.
PG&E's responses to FERC’s comments are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). An
updated work plan (Enclosure 2) and quality control inspection program (Enclosure 3) are
enclosed to address FERC’s comments.
PG&E believes that FERC comments have been satisfactorily addressed based on the
information enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary. Should you have
