Dear Mr. McDougal,
In connection with the above referenced parcel numbers, Ian Cole of NexGen Engineering & Consulting has requested that Thermalito Water and Sewer District commit to providing water and sewer service to the Project. The District is willing to do so on the terms and conditions set forth below.
1.The District is willing and able to serve the above referenced parcels once water
& sewer connection fees have been paid per TWSD Policy No. 1.210.
2.Three (3) sets ofimprovement drawings shall be submitted to TWSD for reviewand approval prior to construction. The District shall approve, in advance andin writing, the plans and specifications for all water and sewer installations upto, and including, the water connection on each parcel. All plans must besubmitted in accordance with District Improvement Standards. The Districtwill sign off on its portion of the improvement plans when Butte County hasinformed the District that all the County plan requirements have been met andthe County is prepared to sign and release the improvement plans. Be advisedthat the County requires that District improvements be included with the
County submittal package.
3.The water and sewer installations shall be completed in a good and workman
like manner in accordance with TWSD policies and standards. All work shallbe subject to inspections and acceptance, in writing, by the District's Manageror Engineer.
4.You shall be solely responsible for any and all off-site improvements necessaryfor the provision of water and sewer service. The District shall approve theplans and specifications for such off-site improvements in advance and inwriting.
