Re:Extension of Time Request for the Final Construction Report for the Haskins Boat
Ramp Replacement
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated April 23, 2025,from Mr. Matthew Joseph that
submitted a request for an extension of time to submit the final construction report for the
Haskins Boat Ramp Replacement project for Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of Bucks
Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619.We have reviewed your proposed extension
of time and grant your request to submit the final construction report for the Haskins Boat
Ramp Replacement Project by January 31,2027.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
