Extension of Time Request

Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) request for an extension
of time to address the results of an analysis of alternatives for Round Valley Dam, which is
part of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) No. 803. Included with PG&E’s extension of time request is a
reasoned basis for the request, per Title 18 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section
12.40(d). PG&E submitted its original plan and schedule for providing the results of the
analysis of alternatives in a letter to your office dated September 27, 2024.
The extension of time request and reason for the request are enclosed with this letter
(Enclosure 1).
