Re:Stability Analysis of Lower Bucks Lake Dam
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated March 24, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to submit the updated structural analyses for
Lower Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619. We
have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant your request to submit the
updated structural analysis by April 30, 2026.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
