Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated July 3, 2025, from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen, that
submitted the final construction report for a new pedestrian bridge and survey platform
for Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2107. We have reviewed your submittal, and
we have no comments.
We appreciate your continued efforts in this aspect of our dam safety program.If
