Next Virtual Course:
August 22, 2025 - Psychological Safety in Public
Service
Much is reported about the need for psychological safety in workplace
environments. What is it? And, more importantly, how is it applied in
public service organizations? This course explores both questions as it
draws on the work of Brené Brown and Amy Edmonson, with Ana
Estrada Daniels, CEO of Anavo Solutions, who has 20+ years of
experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations to
develop their leadership capacity and influence at all levels. Ana is
trained as a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator based on Dr. Brené Brown’s empirical based
research. This curriculum provides tools, and mindset shifts to create braver leaders and more
courageous cultures.
During this session, participants will explore the concept of psychological safety within public
service environments and learn about the importance of psychological safety in fostering
effective team dynamics and creating a supportive work culture. Through interactive discussions
and practical exercises, attendees will gain tools and strategies to cultivate psychological safety
in their teams and leave with a plan of action.
