I live off Cirby Creek road in Concow, that's above the lake. I'd like to add my voice to keeping a response truck at station FS38. Not only would this speed response time but actually help keep or volunteer responders safer. Our responders drive safely but fast because time is if the essence when getting to an incident. Concow road is a good road but not for speed wether in their personal vehicle or the fire trucks, increasing the risk of accidents while just getting to the fire truck and then RETURNING to the upper part of Concow road and all the tributaries off of it, with the fire truck. While FS38 is within 5 minutes of the current certified drivers homes. Please consider this when discussing replacing the fire truck to FS38 which is currently stored at FS37. We appreciate our volunteers and wish make their responding as safe as possible. Sincerely, John and Teri Rubiolo 530-828-7131 13420 Cirby Creek Rd, Oroville, CA 95965
