Re:Authorization Request for Spillway Repair Project
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated August 11, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis,that
submitted a response to our comments on the spillway chute damage repair at Bucks
Lake Dam,which is a part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No.
619.We have reviewed the submittal,and we have no further comments. You may
proceed with the construction per our letter dated July 18, 2025.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
