Realignment 101: Registration Open for Sacramento!
Join us for this two-day deep dive into California’s 1991 and 2011 realignments, covering
program structures, funding, implementation, and fiscal impacts across health, human services,
and public safety.

CAOs and Department Heads preparing for executive roles.

Two elective courses (Fall–Winter 2025)

to cultivate psychological safety in their teams and leave with a plan of action. Join us for a
powerful journey grounded in research from Brené Brown and Amy Edmondson, with Ana
Estrada Daniels, CEO of Anavo Solutions, who has 20+ years of experience working with
individuals, teams, and organizations to develop their leadership capacity and influence at all
levels.

To register for the CAO Executive Institute, HR Institute, or explore additional
leadership programs, you’ll need to log in to the CSAC Learning Portal.
If you haven’t already created an account, you’ll be prompted to do so during
your first visit. [Access the CSAC Learning Portal]
Step 1: Sign Up
Click the "Register for Courses Now" button below and under ‘Setup an Account’
section, please enter the email address and password you’d like to use for your
account. Every individual should have their own login. You will be linked to your
organization.
Step 2: Create or Update Your Profile
Take a moment to update your profile with your latest information to help us serve
you better.
Step 3: Browse and Register for Courses
You will then be directed to a list of courses where you can browse and register for
courses.
