Re:Comment on Spillway Replacement Project at Lower Bucks Lake Dam
Dear Mr.Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated June 30, 2025,from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time to address our comment C-1 on the spillway
replacement project at Lower Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Project,
FERC No. 619. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant your
request to submit a plan and schedule for further actions to mitigate dam overtopping by
July 31, 2026.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
