Just for clarification, Ms. Brazil submitted a comment card to me after the Board had already voted on item 4.8, so I
informed her that the item was closed for comment. Further, her comment doesn't pertain to the topic of the agenda
item.

I wanted to speak on today’s 4.8 agenda item , but the meeting moved right on to the next item So this is the
comment I wanted to make in relation to the elections dept.
I am writing again to ask if a drive through voting box can be placed at the Oroville library voting location, the
same as the Chico library has.
To create a more free and fair election.
And to prevent any blocking of the voting box as happened in the last election. I imagine it would have to have the
same waterproof feature as the Chico and Clerk Recorders drive through boxes.
In the last election the box was physically blocked on many different times with belongings.
A drive through voter box would be a solution to offer the Oroville community a free and fair election opportunity
to vote.
