In a letter from FERC, dated March 7, 2024, PG&E was ordered to install permanent Part 8 signage by February 6, 2025. Due to contracting issues, PG&E requested an extension of time (EOT) to install permanent signage by August 31, 2025, and provide photo documentation to FERC by September 7, 2025. FERC approved the EOT request on March 24, 2025. (Enclosure 1) contains photo documentation of signage located at the Rock Creek-Cresta and Poe Hydroelectric projects. Part 8 signage has been installed at: • Rock Creek Bench • Shady Rest • Bardees Bar • Poe Powerhouse The signage for Sandy Beach will be installed once the facility is constructed.
