Comments: The project is a proposed co-location on an existing telecommunication facility on APN 073-310-002, 5494
Forbestown Road. The site is accessed directly from Forbestown Road, a County-maintained road and currently has an acceptable encroachment.
The project application has been reviewed against the application checklist and is considered complete. The Public Works Department verifies that the property has legal primary access. Sight distance is unimpeded in both directions.
Due to the fact that minimal site disturbance is proposed and the existing encroachment is adequate, Public
Works does not have comments on the proposed co-location.
