Thank you for submitting the Minor Use Permit Application PROJ-25-0004. The Butte County
Interdepartmental Review Committee met to review this project on September 17, 2025. Pursuant to Section
65943 of California Government Code, Title 7, Division 1, the above referenced project application has been
deemed “incomplete” for the reasons listed below. This project application will remain “incomplete” until the
following additional information and revisions are provided:
• Site Plan Revisions. Please revise the Site Plan to indicate the location of all existing: buildings, water
well(s), and/or septic system(s) on the project site.
