Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts
to address the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Comment 1 and provides
plans and schedules to address FERC’s Comments 2 and 3 on a stage-frequency analysis
for Bucks Storage Dam, which is part of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC
No. 619. The analysis was performed in response to Recommendation 3 (R-3) from the
11th 5-year Part 12D safety inspection report for Bucks Storage Dam. PG&E received
FERC’s comments in a letter dated May 8, 2024.
A summary and conclusion of PG&E’s efforts to address FERC’s Comment 1 and plans
and schedules to address Comments 2 and 3 are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
PG&E believes that Comment 1 has been satisfactorily addressed based on the
information enclosed with this letter and no further action is necessary. Should you have
