Re: Authorization Request for 115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild – Phase II
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated March 11, 2024 from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen that
submitted a response to our comments on an authorization request for the 115-kV
Transmission Line Rebuild – Phase II Project at Bucks Creek Powerhouse, which is part
of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. We have reviewed the
submittal, and we have no further comments.
You are authorized to proceed with the construction upon receipt of this letter.
Within 90 days of completion of construction of the facilities authorized by this letter, or
no later than March 25, 2025, submit a brief construction report documenting the
transmission line rebuild - Phase II work.
You are responsible for ensuring the completion of any necessary environmental
coordination with resource agencies as well as the procurement of any federal, state, or
local permits required for the work.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
