Dear Secretary Bose:
This letter is regarding Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and the City of Santa
Clara’s (Licensees) Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) No. 619. FERC issued a new license for the Bucks Creek Project

The HPMP requires the Licensees to file the Annual HPMP Implementation Report
(Enclosure 1). Per the PA, the Licensees will hold an Annual HPMP Meeting. The Annual
HPMP Meeting was held on July 18, 2023; agenda and meeting notes are included in
Attachment B of Enclosure 1. The PA requires the draft Annual HPMP Implementation
Report to be shared with consulting parties 31 days prior to the meeting. The Draft Annual
HPMP Report was provided to consulting parties on June 15, 2023. Written comments
from consulting parties have been addressed in the Final HPMP Implementation Report,
and a record of comments has been included in Attachment C of Enclosure 1.
