for a six (6) year extension of TSM22-0002 to September 28, 2031, was approved. This approval will go into effect after the 10-day appeal period, which ends on Monday, October 6th, 2025. As previously discussed and agreed to, revisions to the Conditions of Approval were made to replace any previous reference to a County Service Areas (as originally included under TSM22-0002).
Please work with your surveyor and contact the Butte County Public Works Department, Land
Development Division, to: (1) Complete the Revised Conditions of Approval; & (2) Record the tentative subdivision Map. Public Works is located at 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, CA 95965, or can be reached by phone at 530.552.5757. Note, the Public Works Department has temporarily relocated to 205 Mira Loma Drive Suite 10, Oroville CA 95965. The Revised Conditions of Approval must be met by the expiration date of September 28, 2031, or the approval will be considered null and void.
