To all concerned:
I have tried to file criminal charges with Chico Police Department, Sheriff Honea, and DA Ramsey to
no avail. Please be advised these three law enforcement agencies are denying my right to file
criminal charges in my county against anyone who supported and/or administered “COVID-19
Vaccines” which are bioweapons. See emails below.

Melanie:
I find it extremely difficult waiting to talk to
Sheriff Honea. People continue to be harmed
and die from these bioweapons.
Please schedule a meeting for the Sheriff and I
to meet so I may file criminal charges against all
who supported and/or administered “COVID-19
Vaccines” which are bioweapons. This crime
scene is difficult to watch and MUST be
stopped immediately.

murder and
conspiracy to
commit murder
against all who
supported and/or
administered “Covid-
19 Vaccines” which
are not vaccines but
bioweapons
designed to cause
INJURY and DEATH.
All “vaccines” are
Biological Weapons
and Weapons of
Mass Destruction.
I CANNOT tolerate
more Americans
being murdered by
the Evil people in
these corporations.
1.) Violation of the
Nuremberg Code on
medical
experimentation of
these corporations.
See Ban Resolution
and Demand
previously given to
Sheriff Honea.
2.) This is a
Nuremberg Crime
against humanity.
FDA approved these
shots violating the
NUREMBERG Code.
I reported my
firsthand knowledge
of the Safeway
Pharmacy and Butte
County Public Heath
still promoting these
bioweapons to our
communities at the
Butte County Board
of Supervisors’
Meeting May 14,
2024.
In addition to filing
criminal charges I am
demanding that all
information on the
bioweapons be
delivered to the
people in our
county. Many
credible doctors
claim there are
protocols that can
improve the injected
health status of
many. At the very
least Sheriff Honea
owes this
opportunity to the
public.
