Subject: Sorry to bug you look for help.
I have a problem. With a guy in willows, ca. And the the sheriff department too. How can I get a rape
case moved to Chico county. Plus this guy get help from the sheriff department too. Just lost a
phone. That hacked I believe it was from higher up. Who is this guy.
Try call the justice department back East they want call me so this week I'm writing to all. I need
help. Can you help me . I can win I need the marshal office, justice department to help. Or you may
find me dead in my place. He given our address to his friends. Could of them I don't trust. Will they
come out to your city kill us. And other around. Do you want your death toll to go up
