Please review the “July 2024 ROW Exemption Revision Overview” for an explanation of the changes, and “NEW DRAFT July 2024 ROW Exemption – clean copy” for the proposed changes in strikeout/underline format. Comments on the plead can be sent to publiccomments@bof.ca.gov no later than July 12, 2024, for consideration at the Board’s meeting on July 23-24 in Sacramento. Thank you.
