What does this tell us about how agencies like the CDC operated up until recently? What might the data Makary and his team are reviewing show and what should they be looking at? For instance, in lieu of no official goverment tallies on the total number of vaccine-related deaths, what might the figures show? The report by STAT News states, pretty close to the lede, that “self-reported” VAERS reports do not constitute evidence of vaccine injuries/deaths. My answer: I am a certified expert with the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) and have become quite proficient at running both data (and actual individual reports) from VAERS. Having filed two reports and being educated in medical terminology and medical billing, I am uniquely able to read and understand the information made available to the public through the NVIC’s search engine “medalerts”. I have spent the past three years reviewing the victims stories in VAERS. So, yes, welcome the investigation. AND, as someone injured (permanently disabled) by two shots of the COVID-19 vaccine, and who’s Mom died of four shots of the COVID-19 vaccine, ANY investigation is obviously welcome and celebrated. It is absolutely long overdue! It’s going on 5 years. And what s still so frustrating is the lack of attention to the victims who have filed a VAERS Report as instructed but were never taken seriously (I filed two for me and Mom). For the child deaths. Here are the two queries (plus screenshots) I created today for your article. I have sorted the actual reports by vaccination date (reverse) so you can read the most recent first. Like actually READ the individual records. There are 202 children reported as deaths. One note: There are 13,457 reported deaths with no age listed because either the birthdate wasn’t entered and/or the age box left blank. HOWEVER, in a lot of cases the age is actually written in the summary “write-up”. One easy fix is to have an intern pull these death records and fix that problem. Do we not have enough respect for the dead to make sure these reports are COMPLETE? I have included several of the dead children’s reports that should have been investigated and once at least 50 were reported in 2021, WARNING BELLS SHOULD HAVE GONE OFF. But then again, we were under HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, the former Attorney General from California a Biden- appointee. And the CDC regime who approved and pushed the shot on the American public. One recommendation – make sure every child who dies going forward who received aa COVID-19 vaccine is given the spike antibody tests, plus whatever other protocols pathologists like Dr Ryan Cole have developed. If Dr. Makary had his staff read all 73k, I venture to guess he would stop these shots immediately. This took me 5 minutes to run. Many of these kids could die (or may have already died). There are too many vaccines able to be given at a pharmacy now besides just the flu and COVID shots with ever changing guidelines. And NO CHILD should get a vaccine anywhere but a doctor’s office. School events are being held that report problems. Like expired lots, wrong products, wrong age, product preparation issues. WHO IS HOLDING THESE VACCINATORS ACCOUNTABLE? Here are eight reports from August alone that should upset Dr. Makary (the actual reports can be read in the query above) and could be future deaths:: On 8/24/25 a 9-yr-old in Minnesota got a Moderna shot at a pharmacy that was EXPIRED on 5/17/25. On 8/21/25 a 14-yr-old in Colorado got a Pfizer shot at a pharmacy and immediately lost consciousness. On 8/14/25 a 6-mo-old got a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine IN ADDITION TO their MMR vaccine. They had an immediate reaction. Rash, pink “wheals” concerning for uticaria. Parents given cetirizine to administer. Baby was taken to ER on 8/15 for a high fever and 8/18 diagnosed with roseola. On 8/12/25 a 6-yr-old in Kentucky received a 3rd dose of a Pfizer COVID19 vaccine. Unfortunately he was given the ADULT DOSE (for 12+). The report says “didn’t pay attention to the vaccine age limit”. On 8/11/25 a 4-yr-old in North Carolina went to public health for “wellness” immunizations: 2nd Pfizer COVID-19 shot, 5th DTAP + IPV (Kinrix) vaccine, and 2nd MMRV (ProQuad) vaccine. This means 3 shots but NINE vaccines. The report was for “product preparation issue”. THEY GAVE ALL 3 DOSES OF THE INFANT PFIZER VACCINE WITHOUT DILUTION. So, full strength and 3 DOSES. The report was filed on 8/12 and my question is – WERE THE PARENTS NOTIFIED and who will follow up to see the child’s condition? And who will hold this public health administrator responsible for what is clearly medical malpractice! And for Mr. Makary, do they look at these reports where multiple vaccines given or do they just pull “COVID ONLY” reports? On 8/2/25 a 9-yr-old in Texas was given a Pfizer vaccine AT A BACK TO SCHOOL EVENT. The report indicated she was given the wrong product. Pfizer infant vaccine (for 6-mo to 4-yr). Again, who is monitoring these pop-up clinics? The report says the vaccinator notified the “clinic lead” on site. What about the parents? Last one. On 8/1/25 an 18-mo-old was given Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in addition to the GSK Havrix Hep A vaccine (2nd dose). The problem? Epistaxis. Profuse bloody nose within 10 minutes of vaccine. I am sorry, but this is insane. We know reports are underreported. And there are 73,176 reports for CHILDREN with a COVID-19 vaccine listed. Commissioner Makary referred to efforts by CDC staff and officials to impede this investigation, while Secretary Kennedy, during yesterday's Senate hearing, referred to "data chaos" at the CDC. Does it surprise you that CDC staff impeded efforts to collect data about such post-vaccination deaths and that such "data chaos" existed? What does this tell us about how agencies like the CDC operated up until recently? My answer: First, no surprise there were efforts to impede any investigation. There have been so many lies. In my opinion, they are all derelict in their duties and as such should be fired if not criminally liable for the injured and dead children. Would you be honest in reporting deaths to the new Administration when they happened FOUR years ago? And yes, I KNOW there is “data chaos” because there are multiple systems (see links below). VAERS (CDC), FAERS (FDA), VSD (Vaccine Safety Datalink at CDC). Plus you have Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) responsible for administration of the injury compensation claims (with no connection to VAERS). And reports get filed direct with the manufacturers who feed their information to VAERS (but who is checking the poison manufacturers and holding them accountable)?. And then we have the sheer volume (1.67M reports). Remember VAERS had to hire thousands of temps to process data for the COVID reports? Were temps properly trained? As an expert with NVIC, I can attest that there are thousands of fields with missing data, or data entry errors that could easily be fixed. For example, hundreds of deaths where the “death” box wasn’t checked BUT there is a date of death listed. If you pull a query on “death” only, you miss hundreds of reports. And, there’s thousands of reports with “unknown” product, vaccination date, age, location, etc. In many cases the information IS IN THE SUMMARY NARRATIVE but again, someone didn’t check a box or fill in a field and NO ONE at the CDC believes it is their job to fix. The lack of standard quality control is mind-boggling. BOTTOM LINE: Too many databases, too many cooks in the kitchen, and too many conflicts of interest. What might the data Makary and his team are reviewing show and what should they be looking at? For instance, in lieu of no official goverment tallies on the total number of vaccine-related deaths, what might the figures show? My answer: Forget everything you were ever given. Start over. Get the four queries I have designed below and READ EVERY REPORT YOURSELF. Or have a trusted, independent, honest member of your staff who has no conflicts and no preconceived notions review them. I think they will get a very clear picture of the damage this vaccine has done from the beginning, the administrative errors that are beyond acceptable, the problems that are still happening, and conclude that these products need to stop now. My answer: When I filed my VAERS report, and that of my Mom’s, I was under the impression that the report would be reviewed. At the very least for my Mom’s death report, I expected it to be treated like a criminal complaint I would file with my local police department. For example, my car was recently broken into sitting in my driveway. I filed a police report. They investigated. That’s what I expected of my own VAERS Report. But I got no letter, no phone call, nothing. I expected this same thing with my Mom’s death by vaccine VAERS report. My Mom died on vacation at my Aunt’s house. When I filed the VAERS Report I gave them the Sheriff/Coroner’s phone number in addition to the Wyoming State Pathologist. I thought at least DEATH reports would be taken more seriously. And there was NO coordination between the CDC with HRSA who then actually got her medical history. I filed the VAERS report two weeks after her death but I didn’t know about CICP until later so that was filed six months after her death. My question to Secretary Kennedy and Dr Makary: HAVE YOU EVER SAT DOWN AND FILED A VAERS REPORT AS A TEST? At least to see the process. If not, here’s the video I did with Albert Benavides when we filed Mom’s VAERS Report. We filmed it for training purposes and in case anything was lost with her report. These are critical fields. In many cases this information IS PROVIDED IN THE SUMMARY TEXT! But just not put in the check box for whatever reason. I would suggest Dr Makary assign a smart college intern to review EVERY report with an “unknown” location, age, vaccine, or date of death. Read the text and/or call the person who filed the report. Send those corrections to VAERS to fix. I would also suggest Dr. Makary get me and Albert Benavides flown to Washington to participate in this process. We have so much information. The “inside baseball” knowledge you can only have if you have filed a report, are looking at this data on a daily basis, and/or are certified/educated in medical billing/terminology and systems administration. We check all those boxes. And for those who question the legitimacy of our VAERS Reports. I take it VERY PERSONALLY when people dismiss them. Can ‘ANYONE’ file? Sure, but there’s a glaring FBI warning throughout the system and filing a false report is a FELONY. No different than filing a false police report. Do people question you when you file a police report when harmed? I would LOVE to know if aanyone has been arrested for filing a false report. If not, then people are heeding the warning. I do get frustrated when pro-vaccine zealots tell me “correlation does not equal causation”. Again, not my problem. I have good reason when filing my report. And my Mom had no other reason to be dead. This is VICTIM SHAMING. It’s like getting raped – and because I didn’t go to the hospital and get a rape kit taken it can’t be definitively proven that I was raped. SAME DIFFERENCE. I also get told “I asked for it” and so it was my fault anyway, I should have been smarter, done my research and said no. Victim shaming. Bottom line. When you read the actual reports individually, you start to see real human beings with honest reports of real injuries/deaths. And for the COVID-19 vaccine, with 1,666,646 total reports filed for with 38,773 deaths, ISN’T THAT ENOUGH TO PROVE THESE PRODUCTS ARE A PROBLEM? Is there anything else you would like to add, not covered by the above? My answer: Going forward, if I was Dr Makary or Secretary Kennedy, I would ask to get an alert sent to me EVERY SINGLE TIME a vaccine death is reported to VAERS, FAERS, VSD or HRSA. All vaccines. All ages. I would then assign my most trusted staff member to get that report, and go review. Contact the person who reported it. Do a proper investigation like a detective would. And then file a report on findings. I know with all my heart and experience it would not take long to see that the deaths are not fraudulent and action of some kind should be taken (e.g. a vaccine gets pulled or paused, a pharmacy gets reprimanded, a public health officer gets fired, someone at the CDC is held to account, system issues fixed). And a condolence letter should be sent to the victim’s family. My Mom was a healthy 84 year old. No underlying medical conditions. Not on any medications. Walked daily. Active in her community. Mind sharp. She took no other vaccines and was only hospitalized once for a procedure to fix an arthritis condition in her hand. She was healthy weight – the same 120 pounds her whole life. SHE TOOK FOUR MODERNA SHOTS. And she died suddenly on vacation. No warning. SO PLEASE MR. MAKARY, PLEASE CHANGE THE GUIDANCE. NO HEALTHY PERSON, EVEN IF OVER 65, SHOULD TAKE THIS PRODUCT. IT IS NOT NECESSARY AND IS CAUSING GREAT HARM. Finally, I would like to see REAL VICTIMS who have filed a VAERS Report be invited to Washington. Not the influencers. Not the doctors or lawyers we always see giving testimony. Not the same people who get invited over and over and have movies and documentaries already made (no offense to React19). The true forgotten. Families of the dead. Everyone who put their email in the VAERS System should get an invitation. Time with President Trump, Secretary Kennedy, Senator Ron Johnson. There are many of us who need to be heard and yet continue to get overlooked. I personally need to be heard. And need to participate in discussions to fix this problem!
