This unforgettable night will bring together community leaders, changemakers, and
philanthropists to celebrate the past, honor our champions, and look toward the
future. Guests will enjoy an elegant dinner, live entertainment, and the chance to

high quality affordable homes and life-changing resident services that transform
lives.
Special thanks to our newest sponsors, Disneyland Resort, Quality Management
Group, Stackhouse Electric, West Coast Fire & Water, and Y&M Architects, for
stepping up to invest in stronger communities. Together, we’re building momentum.
Don’t miss your chance to stand alongside these leaders and be part of the
celebration!

MAJOR MILESTONES
WISEPlace on Broadway Grand Opening
This spring, Jamboree and WISEPlace celebrated the opening of WISEPlace on
Broadway—a first-of-its-kind supportive housing community in Santa Ana for
unaccompanied women and individuals experiencing homelessness. The
development transformed a historic YWCA building into 47 studio apartments, with
several units reserved for survivors of domestic violence. This milestone reflects
Jamboree’s unwavering commitment to advancing housing justice and building
stronger, more equitable communities across California.

BUILDING FOR GOOD
How Housing Can Change Everything: Stories of Hope
Behind every door at Jamboree is a story of resilience. In our new video, Stories of
Hope, four residents open up about their journeys—from homelessness, addiction,
and trauma to safety, healing, and purpose.
From Emily’s kids finally feeling safe enough to play, to Marc’s path to sobriety and
stability, these are powerful reminders that housing isn’t just shelter—it’s the
foundation for a new beginning.

PARTNERS IN INNOVATION
National Award Honors Jamboree for Family Housing
We’re proud to share that Rancho Las Bolsas, a new affordable housing community
built in partnership with the County of Riverside, has been nationally recognized with
a 2025 Developments of Distinction Award from Novogradac, one of the highest
honors in the affordable housing industry. Rancho Las Bolsas exemplifies
inclusionary housing at its best; a seamless integration of 55 affordable homes
within the master-planned, market-rate Arrive Temecula community. This award-
winning community in Temecula sets a new standard for what’s possible when high
quality affordable housing is developed in high-resource areas. A range of
apartment sizes from one- to three-bedroom homes provides more options for local
working families in the area to also live and play in the area.

JOINING TOGETHER
Bringing Health Home at Clara Vista
Last month, Clara Vista welcomed a mobile health clinic on-site for the first time—
thanks to our incredible partners at Families Together of Orange County. The
mobile units provided same-day access to medical, dental, and vision services,
allowing residents to walk in, receive care, and connect with neighbors and staff in a
relaxed and welcoming environment.
This partnership reflects Jamboree’s belief that strong communities are built on
more than housing. When residents have easy, equitable access to essential care,
they’re empowered to thrive.
