Dear Applicant,
On October 3, 2025, the Department of Development Services approved your application requesting
additional fence height subject to the following condition:
Any portion of the fence (including posts) exceeding the max height allowed by this administrative
permit must be reduced to comply with the 8ft max height requirement.
Should you choose to appeal the decision of the Dept. of Development Services, please submit your
appeal, in writing, together with the appeal fee of $797.97, to the Department of Development
Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California, 95965, prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October
13, 2025.
