Dear Frank L. Blackett:
On June 21, 2024, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued a letter
authorizing Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to proceed with construction of the
115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild – Phase II Project, part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric
Project (FERC Project No. 619). As part of that authorization, PG&E was required to file a
brief construction report for the Phase II project.
The brief construction report is provided as (Enclosure 1) to this letter.
PG&E appreciates FERC’s continued support for the effort to rebuild the Grizzly Tap. If you
