WATER YEAR 2025 ANNUAL REPORT TASK ORDER a. *Approve sharing cost of Colusa Subbasin GSP Annual Report Update Project #1173.03.04 between Davids Engineering Inc., and Colusa Groundwater Authority in an amount not to exceed $29,600 (50 percent of total cost) without prior approval. 10.
