Subject: CONFRENCE WITH PETER DURFEE.
Mr. Durfee and the Board of Supervisors.
I spoke with Mr. Durfee's staffer Elizabeth Zepeda about a conference with Supervisor DURFEE but
she informed me he is on vacation.
I had hoped to speak with him today. I have consulted with an attorney. It better that I speak with
him first.
I checked the Board Agenda and it is clear that the Board intends to approve the BESSER Criminally
fraudulent claim in violation of California law even though the judgment was assigned by Ilo Besser
to Vexatious Litigant Mathew Lakota and the Judgment expired by law on 1 June, 2025 and Timothy
and Patricia Besser have no legal rights to my money.
To the Clerk of the Butte County Board of Supervisors:
