THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE AND THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL’S REGULATIONS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING FIRE SAFETY DEFICIENCIES BE CORRECTED:
Project Information
A Fire Life and Safety inspection pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 13146.3 was conducted on 4/24/2025, at the above facility per request of the management. Below are the recommended
corrections.
Breezeway between Parking Structure and the Casino is a Fire Exit and is equipped with Emergency lighting. Please repair 5 of the ballast that are not working when tested.
Door stops removed from all Fire Doors.
Silver Moccasin Ballroom-EXIT sign removed from inward swinging door.
Install “Fire Alarm panel” on the first door near main entrance, closet containing main fire alarm panel.
Add “FDC west building” to the FDC standpipe.
Trim bush blocking FDC at the east building.
Adjust Fire Exit door brewery north exit.
Balcony Bar fire extinguisher missing sign.
