This is an update on the list of corrections generated from the Life and Safety Inspection of Feather Falls Casino
and Lodge performed on 4/24/25 by FC Palamaruk and FC Boyd.

1) We have ordered 12 new emergency light fixtures and 12 matching light fixtures to replace the failed
emergency fixtures mounted under the breezeway between the parking garage and the casino. Attached are the
documents showing the order has been placed. We are still waiting on the fixtures, they should arrive in the next
two weeks. I will send another update as we get them installed.
2) Door stops have been removed from all fire doors in the casino and lodge.

3)The exit sign has been removed from above the inward opening door in the Silver Moccasin Ballroom.

4) Installed signs indicating"fire alarm panel inside" on the closets containing reporting panels.

5) Installed a sign at the FDC for the West Building.

6) We trimmed back the bush to better expose the FDC for the East Bui.lding.

7) We have adjusted the closing pressure of the fire exit door on the north end of the brewery showroom.
8) We have installed a fire extinguisher sign above the extinguisher at the balcony bar.
