They were both instructed to call and schedule a follow up inspection and neither did. I do not have sufficient personnel to perform inspections if a facility is not ready to clear deficiencies, that is why I put it on them to call when they have fixed whatever needs fixing. Please have them call to schedule another inspection and I will gladly go out and do it. However, my procedure for these inspections is to leave a copy of the inspection form with the facility representative and then they forward to the appropriate contact within your organization. The follow up inspections are not scheduled at the time of the first inspection, but merely a date is set approximately a month out and corrections should be done by then. I do not go out for a re -inspection until I am contacted by the facility to do so.
