Enclosed is a set of plans and specifications for the above referenced project. This project has already
been approved by the Division of the State Architect's office in Sacramento. Bids have been received and
construction is scheduled to begin next week.
We are sending you this information so that you may, should you choose, review any fire and life safety
equipment and installation issues prior to your inspection of the project site when it is completed later in
2004. If your review reveals any concerns you would like to see addressed, please contact the project
inspector, Fred Green. He may be reached on his pager at 895-7375. He will be in a position to discuss
your concerns as they relate to what is happening in the field, and can then relay any issues to us that
require further resolution.
