Oroville, Cry► Dear Mr. Halimi, An inspection of the referenced facility was recently conducted in accordance with Section 13145 of the California Health and Safety Code. The purpose was to determine compliance with the minimum fire and life safety standards required by Titles 19 and. 24 of the California Code of Regulations. The following items must be corrected within 7 days of your receipt of this letter 1. Annual service on fire extinguishers grossly overdue (9-97.) 2. Remove all combustible materials from under second floor exterior staircases.
