Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter presents Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) plans and schedules to address
additional Action Items 1, 2, and 3 (I-1, I-2, and I-3) from the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (FERC) 2025 Part 12D field inspection of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619. I-1 and I-2 are regarding Grizzly Forebay Dam and I-3 is regarding Bucks Diversion Dam.
FERC initially inspected the project facilities on June 23–24, 2025, as part of the 2025 Part 12D
comprehensive assessment. Following the inspection, FERC issued a letter dated June 30, 2025,
outlining action items for PG&E. PG&E responded to FERC’s June 30 letter in a correspondence
dated August 6, 2025. Subsequently, a supplemental inspection was performed on August 29, 2025,
after which FERC provided additional action items to PG&E in a letter dated September 10, 2025.
PG&E's plans and schedules to address the additional action items identified in FERC’s September
10, 2025, correspondence are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
