12. Corning Subbasin In-lieu Recharge- Surface Water Connections
a. Receive update on activities related to in-lieu recharge- surface water
connections.
b. Pekap Project
i. *Authorize Program Manger to submit Notice of Exemption pending Counsel
review.
ii. *Authorize Chairman to work with staff and Counsel to finalize and execute
landowner agreement.
c. Jerry McCasland Project
i. *Authorize Program Manger to submit Notice of Exemption pending Counsel
review.

13. California Stream Gage Improvement Program (CalSIP)
a. Receive an update on stream gaging, the CalSIP grant, and options for bringing a
consultant on board to complete the stream gage reactivation project.
b. Provide direction on preferred approach for moving forward.
14. Well Mitigation Program
a. Review recommendations from the Well Mitigation Program Ad Hoc Committee,
discuss, and provide direction to staff and committee members.
15. Demand Management Program
a. Discuss development of a Demand Management Program.
