Here is the website for the Declaration of Indigenous Nations. It contains the Declaration presented at Plumas & Butte County Board of Supervisors’ meeting Tuesday, October 14, 2025. The reading was shorten to 3 minutes. It will take more than one meeting to get through the complete 11 page document. This legal document
substantiates research provided these boards over the last six years. Many people knew COVID was a scam from the start back in January of 2020.
It is concerning that Public Health is still advertising COVID shots as safe and effective and state, “Covid-19 vaccines continue to be the best defense against severe illness and death.” When at the same time, The Alliance of Indigenous Nations (A.I.N.) International Tribunal dated October 8, 2025 states, “This tribunal finds and hereby
declares that the Covid-19 Nanoparticles injections’ or ‘mRNA Nanoparticle injections’ or ‘COVID-19 injections’ meet the criteria of biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction according to the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act, of 1989 18 USC 175, Weapons & Firearms & Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention

I must ask, have the county boards of supervisors “been infiltrated by sociopaths attempting to further enslave (and depopulate) mankind through a One World Government (OWG) and in conspiracy to steal land and resources from all people then fraudulently convey these assets to Corporations” as noted by the Alliance of Indigenous
Nations? “You have a statutory responsibility to Preserve & Protect Public Heath according to Health & Safety Code 101025.”
Covid-19 bioweapons are still going into the arms of innocent children (and others) when the evidence is clear, convincing, and irrefutable. This is the most difficult situation I have ever had to suffer through in my lifetime. I will NOT be complicit in the murder of my community and do NOT understand why you are acting with thoughtless
disregard of human life. It’s quit distressing.
