.ATTENTION: This message originated from outside Butte County. Please exercise judgment before opening
attachments, clicking on links, or replying..
Public Record
Any Board of Supervisor and law enforcement in Butte and Plumas County including but not limited to: police
department, sheriff’s office, District Attorney’s office given a directive to any above office or staff or issued a
directive that advised any staff that they were not to accept communications, reports and the like, from the public,
which related to Covid 19 injections (which were and are sometimes referred to as Covid 19 vaccines), or COVID
hospital protocols, or remove COVID-19 agenda item in Board of Supervisors’ meetings.
Please provide:
(1) A copy or other relevant record of the communication/directive issued to Board of Supervisor, Police, Sheriff,
District Attorney, etc. or any of their staff to which I have referred above.
A copy of the directive is attached separately.
(2) Details of the basis for the issue of the directive referred to and also details of the party or parties responsible for
directing issue the directive to which I have referred.
